I already had friends in Seattle, but in the last 4 years at least 5-10 people I love have moved up to the Pacific North West and started calling Seattle home.
I’ve always wanted to see the city, but now I had to. You can’t let that many friends leave and not go visit them.
The city is known for being gloomy, overcast and rainy. But while we were there, it was full of sun. Part of me feels like we didn’t see the “real” Seattle. I know i’ll make it back someday soon.
We took a trip to Bainbridge Island, which was lovely, but underwhelming. This is a shot from the trip back to the city.
And of course, we had to go to Pike Place Market.
