London, England (Part 3)

We finished off our time in London with lots of highlights.  Among them:  the famous Peter Pan statue, Notting Hill, and a show on the West End. We saw “Wicked”, which was a lot of fun.
On our way to the Forbes , we stumbled across Queen Adalaides – a new favorite place for us.  This was nice because we had just finished our last cup of coffee at Monmouth, our favorite coffee shop that morning.
We tried to see the changing of the guard at Bukingham Palace, but instead were privledged to run into the Royal horses out for their daily walk.  It was very regal.

Lots of coffee and random delicious food.  Last night, we spent a great deal of time looking for a quniticential pub.  Unfortunetly, it’s Christmas Party season, so every place was full or booked for a private event.  We ended up at a BarBurrioto where the service was terrible but the food was decent.

Brad told us that there is a saying “The man who is bored with London is bored with life”.  I feel like there is still much we didn’t get to see – but little that we missed. I don’t know how that’s possible – but it’s still how I feel. At least I’m not bored with London.

Today we leave for the Cinque Terre, Italy.

…to the next adventure.

Beautiful photos. You should publish a coffee table book on your travels. I can still hear our conversation today even though it was texting…strange.

Out of all the amazing, wonderful things to be jealous of in this post, I’m going crazy about the Peter Pan statue! Haha! It sounds so amazing in London. Really, this just made me want to book a flight.
