Venice, Italy (Part 2)

What else is here to say about Venice? Plenty I’m sure, But I’ll keep it short.
I’ve spent more time on Boats, Ships & Water Ferrys this year, than the rest of my life combined- easily.  I am lucky to never get sea sick.  I’m a seasoned traveller. buh dum chh.

In Venice the water ferrys (think subway but through canals) bump against the boarding docks with a force that reminds me: Italy doesnt have a reputation for caution.  I’m curious to see more of the country. As I type, I’m on the train to Florence, via Bologna.  I doubt I’ll have enough time in Florence to really see anything, but I hope I am wrong.

I am soon to gain a travelling companion. Watch out world, here we come!

Arrivederce!

I hope you’re wrong too. Since you plan on using Rome as kind of just an overnight, and depending on transportation, it’d be worth the push to see whatever you can. It’s pretty close knit, so you can experience a lot in several hours. Either way, stay well and see what you can. You can always go back and spend more time. I love you! ❤️
